You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted if the customer provides a product opening video without cuts, edits, or pauses. This video is crucial to verify the condition of the item being returned.

3. Return and Exchange Process

• Send us Mail: To initiate a return or exchange, please send us the product opening video to help@zestshop.com. Send us return reason along with Account details for refund process.
• Verification: Our team will carefully verify the video to understand the issue. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, your return request will be accepted.

4. Refund Process

• After Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Return Charges: No Return Charges Applicable. Any charges if borne by the customer will be Reimbursed by Zest Shop. Refund will be made to the account details shared by you while returning the order.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the following:

• Providing accurate and complete information during the return process.
• Packaging the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
